Die Frage ist, was bietet der Anbieter.
Ich nehme an der TV empängt über Kabel.
Weiter nehme ich an, dass die kürzliche Umstellung war, dass einige Analogprogramme umgestellt oder entfernt wurden.
Einfach beim Anbieter mal im Internet schauen, da gibt es Programmlisten, welche noch Analog laufen. Die kann der TV noch so empfangen.
Wenn es die gewünschten Sender analog nicht mehr ausgestrahlt werden, dann muss ein einfacher Digitalreceiver her. Eine Karte ist immer nur eine zusätzliche Option - die braucht man nicht.

I’d like to encourage you not to buy the game Evolve.
It looks really cool and fun, but the announcements of exclusives and DLCs are a big red flag to me.

Hallo,

als der oben genannte Spieler auf dem Server gebannt wurde, war ich auch anwesend. Ich habe mit dem Admin gesprochen, welcher ihn gebannt hat und er meinte zu mir, dass er Programme hat durchlaufen lassen, bei denen definitiv festgestellt wurde, dass ein WH vorhanden ist. Aufgrund der langjährigen Erfahrungen dieses Admins gehe ich grds. davon aus, dass er sich nicht geirrt hat. Aber ich muss auch ganz ehrlich sagen, ich habe keine Ahnung, ob ein WH vorlag oder nicht.

Hörensagen hilft uns an dieser Stelle nicht weiter, und hätte wenn dann ins interne Forum gehört, wo besagter Admin sich aber wesentlich unsicherer geäußert hat "suspected wallhack".

Entsprechend kam hier weitere Diskussion auf die uns kein Stück weiter bringt.

diese angeblichen programme die ich an hatte während dem spielens waren treiber für gewisse hardware siehe screenshot auf der taskleiste (rechts) nach der reihe aufgezählt...

Er hat nicht von *deinem* Screenshot gesprochen.

Der Ban ist vorerst weg, und bevor der Admin keine Demo liefert bedarf dies keiner weiteren Diskussion mehr.

DooC-Server / Public ET Server running legacy mod

I set up a second public server, et://dooc-clan.de:27960
it is running the ETL server and legacy mod.

Namely, if you’re not in the mood for Kifferstube - this second server has no double jumps, etpro-like proning (delay for shooting), etc, and resets XP at round end.
It does have map voting.

It has some configs (/callvote config), and I/we may add some more. Sadly, knife-only, head-only, foot, can not be used.

The server is 64 bit, but omni-bot is not. So currently no bots.

Suggestions welcome.

After updating, it does not launch any more, but stays on black screen and then does not respond.
Attaching a debugger, it seems to go into an endless exception loop in the SDL DLL.
Re-installing RC4 it works again.

Maybe other people could test this as well?

I was able to verify the issue occurs with gameplay connected.
I created a bug ticket with additional debugging information including stack traces.

I updated the nitmod version to 2.2.1 r819,
and disabled nxac client binary checks as the sha1 client checksum calculation seems broken.

The combined community effort of updating and maintaining the Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory source code as ET: Legacy just released the first stable release 2.71a.

We have been recommending using ET:L over W:ET (2.60b) for some time now. The updated input and graphics libraries fix issues for some people (the biggest issue being AMD graphics FPS issues). Other security and bug fixes, as well as additional features make it an easy recommendation over the original W:ET distribution.

Thank you for to everyone who contributed to this release. A bright day and future for ET
