Also here is a cfg for you to try. Put it in etmain and when you load enemy territory write "/exec nice.cfg" in the console

i really dont know why your computer would be running it so slow. :/ i think your max fps setting isnt registering properly

If you have an AMD graphics card, you could try using et legacy.
Something in those drivers fuck my W:ET and OpenGL up somehow.
However, ET:L works fine and fast.
