Just watched it. He is using both wallhack and aimbot. I will ban him next time i see him.

Yeah, toggles aimbot on and off, and probably wallhack.

Again, the command documentations is absolute shit - non existant, so I can only guess that banguid with 0 seconds for unlimited would work.

Is that screenshot generated by NxAC? I never thought it gets a personal screenshot from the players themselves. But it gives a great evidence tho.

Yes it is. Pretty new feature of NxAC.
Does client-side screenshots like punkbuster did way in the past.
