you dont have lags . its just fps dropping down when you see lot of pictures/actions/framers.
lower your game quality to minimum to have stable fps
most of best players have squares grapgic cfgs.

KonioKrad and so warteam ? lol... last time i played on dooc i had wicked on that guys and i am not even that good and they call me cheater and konion attitude its not very well..(they said I have teleport cheat... :F)
