In the xlsx sheet I added functions so you just have to enter winner and loser, and it puts them into the match-cells automatically.
(Do they work in excel? :P I edited with LibreOffice.)

The final is missing though, right? Which would be winner 13 vs winner 15!?

Do losers only of first round and third round winner-matches play again? oO
So one losing in second or first round don’t have a chance for the wooden spoon?

Nope the final is there. The semi finals are match 10 and 12 so the final is the winners of those two games.

Losers of the first round will always play again. The third round matches the losers will play in the 3rd place match on the winning bracket and are knocked out in the losers bracket

Do you still have the up-to-date results table file?

Attached what I have (entered stuff in match table - not roster).

Sorry I could not make the tournament as I was away from my PC and internet with my family in France.
