How to add maps to the server

I have a simply question:

How can i add map (for example venice) to server?

Put the pk3 file into etmain folder.

When i add the some .pk3 files to my server, i cant find it.
I clicked to Vote, Map, but there is only North Africa and Central Europe. Where is problem?

You are in campaign mode, and not singlemap / stopwatch.
Change the gametype.
