Hello,

I think this question mostly go on Gauki, Heinrich.

Ninka got kicked from server for client duplicate - looked like he connected twice but she didnt.

After next connection she losted all ... settings (name cvars and shits) and etkey (xp and level) CRASHED

I know it allways happens, but she did totally nothing so I dont understand.

maybe can be nice if some know why it happens..

and next question...its a girl... and she think she is not more dooc  now :D (hard to explain here) and she is sad from lost xp coz it take for her little more and dont wanna play from 0.  :baby:

Its possible that i will give my etkey to her (over 100k xp :D and lvl 9) i think my actually lvl 9 nevermind, atleast she have 12 so some of admins can set her level 12-13 after he/they will see she have under 100 k xp.

so can i do it with that way ?

Did she disabled pb somehow (it is needed for the xp-save and for the adminlevels) ?
Check "cl_guid" to see this.

And we can find a good solution for this problem.

She not reinstalled et and if you are asking me for that, than reinstalling is more than bad for her coz little PC problems, she can be glad she have it installed :D

i will take a look if she have pb enabled soon or ask here somehow or say here to type that in consol.

with a new etkey the GUID changes and thus the XP are also “lost” (actually not lost, just that it is no longer associated to your new GUID)

I navigated her to check stuff. She have empty configs in all folder(basic). At least I know that.

So if i will give her my etkey it will not work, right ? i had many prob with crashed cfgs but never etkey.

The etconfig.cfg? Empty?

etkey may be enough for et guid, but not for pb guid, which also includes hardware-data to calculate the hash. And pbguid is the one used for the stats AFAIK.

well I was in Ninka house and I was checking stuff and she had disabled PB.

I tried to enable like you said and all seems to be ok.
