As I wrote previously I'd prefer a less formal approach, but if you want to do it this way I have no problem with it.

I guess we were/are using this application form now? Then it should definitely be stickied. But I would like the post/topic to at least be from a clanmember. This certainly does look strange, if we refer people to this topic created by a non member that explains how to apply.
