Sollte Microsoft weiterhin gegen das Urteil verstoßen ist eine Erhöhung der Geldstrafe abzusehen. Microsoft hat gegen das aktuelle Urteil bereits Revision angekündigt.
Microsoft has to pay 280 Mio for not releasing information for others to be able to create programs without problems. The EU-Commission will increase the sum if Microsoft won’t do anything. Microsoft already announced they will complain (revise).
