I accidently went to other server,and it downloaded me bunch of packs for nitmod,ive got stupid sound and bg picture when i launch Enemy territory,HOW TO DELETE IT? :\

i am thinking to suggest to just delete your nitmod folder so you re-download it from dooc server but not sure. so let someone confirm it before you do it

Just remove all *.pk3 files from your nitmod folder.

There is a file nkey.dat in the nitmod folder which you may need to keep your xp.

Is there a way to save my xp? my level is 16 and the classes levels are 5 and im gonna format my computer and i dont know how to save my xp in ET (if there is a way)

That's no problem...Write Sniped or Gauki a message, how much XP u have! They will give u after reinstall ur computer ur XP and lvl ;-)

Go into ur Wolfenstein Enemy Territory etmain folder , there is da data called etkey.

Copy the etkey, reinstall ur computer, install enemy territory and paste the copied etkey in ur new etmain folder

1. Only etkey
2. etkey_miss
3. etkey_mjss

i did it the 1st time it took me into the et folder now when i try etmain folder it takes me into the games folder o.O

To backup I'd go into the ET folder, search for *.pk3 and delete all those pk3 files. Those are the big ones.
Then, I'd just save everything that is left - that should include the etkey and n.key - but also other files that *may* be important but I am not currently aware of.
After reinstall copy them where they were again.

nitmod does not need/use etkey, only nkey is needed
