Ban appeal

Hi guys 
Once again i find myself banned from the server and the reason was recruitment on server
i have been active with the name 'Legend~SeCond' and 'LeeveN', i haven't tried taking away any on your members or players from your server,
i was banned without being confronted about anything,
To further strengthen my appeal i would like to mention that i am not a member of any clan and that i would once again like to be a member of [DooC],
therefore recruiting on your server would make no sense at all.

@Leeven : let me make an history about you and dooc-server :

1 you join dooc
2 you quit for Esv for doubtfull reason
3 you make with other esv recruit on our server
4 we ban esv
5 we unban esv
6 you come back on server with different GUID and nick
7 Bongi (CO LEADER, for  you'r memory) said you try to recruit him on our server

yes azarius i know who bongi is and i do have a different GUID and nick, reason being i run 2 et games off 1 pc, i am not calling anyone a liar, all im asking is that if bongi can recall that "incident" as to when he was asked to leave the server and by whom? what was the name of that player?

You tried to recruit Bongi, who was playing under a different name, when you were named legend second.
Then you quit, and only minutes after connected as Leeven.
That was four days ago, on the 20th.

ofcourse..everything makes sense now, the date helped out recall everything and now that i have realized who bongi was..*would not like to mention his "undercover" name*, i saw a skillful player, well bongi correct me if i am wrong, all i asked was "do you play here often?"..i didnt get a reply therefore i didnt respond back, the reason for me wanting to know was so that i could make a new pal on the server, prehaps learn a few techniques from him, never did i ask him to leave the server and join another :/ it was a misinterpretation which is out in the clear

ich finde man sollte mit dieser Anschuldigung etwas vorsichtiger umgehen, solange nicht das gegenteil bewiesen ist...

Kann Bongi denn genaue Angaben zu dem Vorwurf machen? (Tag,Zeit und Wortlaut)
Dann könnte man doch anhand der Server Logfiles die Tatsachen ans Licht bringen und hätte die nötigen Beweise...

So, apparently Bongi seemingly was a bit too fast to judge, as he did not read anything after the initial message from leeven - which he quoted (and bongi could tell without having read this) - but read it as a (clear) trying to recruit.
As he can not remember and name anything past that initial sentence we have to decide in Leevens favor, as we have nothing to base a claim of trying to recruit on.

I am sorry Leeven for all of this,
and thank you for coming back to us, appealing the ban, and staying with us.
Sorry for the situation and the ban, and I hope you'll have much fun on our server again!
